Shannyn Hiroti
Director + Independent Contractor
I'm an independent contractor based in the Kāpiti Region, working across transport, civil infrastructure, and intelligent transport systems.
With more than 14 years in the sector, I've moved across delivery, strategy, business development, and governance, building a broad picture of how the industry works and where the real challenges sit. That cross-sector experience is what I bring to every engagement.
I'm motivated by helping organisations work with more efficient systems and processes; whether that's embedding better ways of working on a live construction project, running a national conference, or helping a business develop and win new work.
I currently contract to the Temporary Traffic Management Industry Steering Group (TTM-ISG) as Operations & Engagement Manager, part time, as well as volunteer on the Intelligent Transport Systems Board (ITS NZ).
